Amanda Briggs of Jefferson County was the winner of Indiana Farm Bureau’s popcorn giveaway at the Indiana State Fair. She and her son Michael received delivery of a year’s worth of free popcorn, courtesy of Preferred Popcorn of Elmira, Indiana.

Briggs is the Madison FFA advisor and ag teacher and serves on the local Farm Bureau board for Jefferson County. Her husband, Brad, is the FFA advisor and ag teacher in Jennings County and serves on the Jennings County Farm Bureau board.
