Faces of Farm Bureau: Introducing Erin Turientine, part-time accounting assistant

Oct 8, 2020, 15:48 PM by Maddie Sanft, INFB Marketing Team

Erin O. Turientine joined the Indiana Farm Bureau team in February as INFB’s new part-time accounting assistant.

In this role, Turientine assists with accounting overflow and provides financial support to the county Farm Bureaus. She works alongside Elaine Rueff, INFB’s controller, and Tiffanie Ellis, manager of county Farm Bureau accounting.

“COVID-19 has made employment very different,” said Turientine. “But the INFB environment and people are some of the most welcoming I have ever met in a business environment. Being able to help and provide service is one of my favorite parts of this job.”

Turientine received her undergraduate degree in business administration from Indiana State University. She did graduate work at University of Louisiana-Monroe and is currently finishing her MBA and graduate certification in government contracting from Webster University.

Turientine was born in Bloomington, Indiana, and currently lives in Greenwood. Outside of work, Turientine spends her time traveling and enjoys music and movies.

“I appreciate my time working here and learning from everyone,” Turientine said. “I hope that my small part contributes to a larger picture, which ultimately helps you, the member.”

To contact Turientine, email her at eturientine@infb.org or call 317-692-7376.
