Justin Davis became Indiana Farm Bureau’s leadership development coordinator in November 2022.
In this role, he works with the Young Farmers & Ag Professionals State Committee on various events throughout the year and oversees the YF&AP awards and competitions.
Davis also helps with leadership development programming and looks for new ways to engage members at state and county levels.
Davis has lived in Indianapolis since 2016, when he moved here to work for National FFA as a program specialist for leadership development. In that role, he worked with state FFA officers and national FFA delegates, and on multiple leadership development programs.
He has a Bachelor of Science in agriculture from Murray State University in Kentucky and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Davis is a native of Pig, Kentucky – which is a small town near Bowling Green – and his family raises layers/breeders for Perdue Poultry.
