A new program on contracts and leases will be offered free to Indiana Farm Bureau members on June 27.
The Agricultural Contract & Leasing Program will be presented virtually and will feature three speakers focusing on the differences between farmland leases and production contracts, as well as the importance of having legally binding agreements.
The event is sponsored by the Indiana Agricultural Law Foundation. Among the topics to be considered are:
The program is aimed at farmers, landowners and ag stakeholders who can benefit from broadening their understanding of contracts and leases.
