Every other year, Indiana Farm Bureau accepts applications from members to participate in the L.E.A.D. program, which is for individuals interested in enhancing their leadership skills, building their professional network and learning about and advocating for the agricultural industry.
L.E.A.D. (which stands for “leadership, education, action, development”) features four sessions on topics such as policy and advocacy and communication and speaking, and it will also feature an out-of-state trip.
