In an effort to help farmers and ranchers who have been affected by recent wildfires, Texas Farm Bureau has established the Texas Panhandle Wildfire Relief Fund. Catastrophic wildfires have scorched more than 1 million acres in the Texas Panhandle, destroying homes, barns, fences and livestock.
One hundred percent of all donations received go directly to farmers and ranchers impacted by the fires. This program will collect and distribute monetary contributions only.
A tax-deductible credit card donation can be made by clicking on the “ Texas Panhandle Wildfire Relief Fund” link on the Texas Farm Bureau’s website. If you prefer to pay by check, make the check payable to “TFB Ag Research and Edu Foundation” and mail it to TFB Ag Research and Edu Foundation, Attn: Chris Daughtery/Wildfire, P.O. Box 2689, Waco, TX 76702-2689.
