Applications are now being accepted for L.E.A.D., Indiana Farm Bureau’s leadership development program.
Designed for INFB members and offered every other year, L.E.A.D. (Leadership. Education. Action. Development.) is a structured development course where participants move through the program together as a group.
The cost is $250 per person, and the application period closes March 7. To be eligible for the program, you must be an INFB member in good standing for at least 30 days prior to applying.
Those selected for the program will be required to attend five sessions during 2025 with the first one slated for April 11 and 12. These sessions will help them to:
An out-of-state trip also is part of the program’s curriculum to help participants learn about additional diverse agricultural industries and programs.
