Desiree Hurley is Indiana Farm Bureau’s new nonprofit accountant. In this role, she works closely with county Farm Bureaus, and her duties include preparing year-end financial statements, providing guidance to counties with accounting questions, providing financial information to assist in preparation of the county 990 tax returns and filing federal and state payroll tax reports.
She comes to INFB from Urology of Indiana where she worked as a staff accountant.
A native of Minnesota, Hurley has a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in entrepreneurship management from Ball State University.
She and her husband, Sean, are expecting their first child this summer. They currently live in Indianapolis with a beagle named Dale. Her hobbies include reading and hanging out with friends.
