The Indiana Agricultural Law Foundation is sponsoring the Agricultural Contracting Program on June 26 from 9 a.m. to noon Eastern Time. The program will be presented virtually.
Contracts impact many aspects of agricultural production. Farmers, landowners and ag stakeholders can benefit from broadening their understanding of contracts and how they might impact their operations.
Speakers will focus on the differences between farmland leases and production contracts and the importance of having legally binding agreements.
Registration opened Thursday, May 22, and will close Tuesday, June 24.
